Hello, and welcome to fsonhub.com. I’m fson, a tech enthusiast and family man based in Tokyo.
This digital space is where my personal life, professional career, and creative experiments intersect. As a husband and father of two daughters, my days are a blend of family adventures, career challenges, and the pursuit of personal growth.
Who Am I?
I am a proud father to two lovely girls. Balancing a career with family life is an art I’m constantly refining. With both my wife and I working, we juggle our professional lives and parenting duties with equal fervor, finding joy in the beautiful chaos of everyday life.
My Career Path
Starting as a web engineer in 2011, my career has been a journey of constant evolution. I have grown through roles as a project manager and am currently working as an IT/DX Manager at a major listed company in Tokyo. My expertise lies in digital transformation, leveraging platforms like ServiceNow and Azure Open AI to bridge the gap between business and technology.
Life & Interests
From 2019 to 2022, I had the incredible opportunity to live in Singapore. Experiencing its vibrant culture enriched my perspective and fueled my passion for travel. Though our current family travels are mostly domestic, Japan offers endless destinations to explore.
My hobbies—particularly music (punk/hardcore) and playing guitar—have taken a backseat to parenting recently, but the passion remains. Nowadays, I enjoy unwinding with a good drink—be it beer, wine, or sake—and planning our next family trip.

管理人の fson です。東京を拠点に、テクノロジーと家族との時間を大切にしながら暮らしています。
このサイトは、私のキャリア、趣味、そして日々の暮らしが交差する「ハブ（交差点）」として開設しました。二人の娘を持つ父親として、また一人の技術者として、日々の冒険や挑戦の記録をここに残していきます。
私について
6歳と2歳の娘を持つ父親です。共働き夫婦として、仕事と育児の両立という終わりのないアート（芸術）に日々向き合っています。忙しくも充実した毎日の中で、家族との時間は私のエネルギーの源泉です。
キャリアの歩み
2011年にWebエンジニアとしてキャリアをスタートさせました。その後、プロジェクトマネージャーを経て、現在は都内の事業会社にて IT/DXマネージャー として勤務しています。ServiceNowやAzure Open AIなどの技術を駆使し、ビジネスのデジタル変革（DX）を推進することが私のミッションです。テクノロジーの進化と共に、私自身も常にアップデートし続けています。
ライフスタイルと趣味
2019年から2022年まで シンガポール に駐在していました。多文化が混ざり合う刺激的な環境での生活は、私の視野を大きく広げてくれました。現在は日本国内の旅行が中心ですが、美しい四季を感じられる日本の旅もまた格別です。
かつてはパンクやハードコア音楽に没頭し、バンドでギターを弾いていました。今は育児が最優先ですが、音楽への愛は変わりません。最近の楽しみは、ビールやワイン、日本酒を嗜みながら、次の旅行の計画を立てることです。
